TEXAS GULF ENERGY, INC
CORPORATE SUMMARY
Texas Gulf Energy, Inc (OTCBB:TXGE) http://www.tgnrg.com is a vertically integrated provider of energy services, oil and gas production, project management and professional consulting services to the US and international refinery, chemical, construction, mining and power industries. Our wholly owned subsidiaries providing these services include International Plant Services, LLC, Texas Gulf International, Inc, Texas Gulf Professional Services, Texas Gulf Industrial Services, Texas Gulf Electrical & Instrumentation, Inc and Texas Gulf Oil and Gas, Inc. The company is led by CEO David Mathews, who successfully built Inserv Construction Services in Houston from start up mode into an industry powerhouse in only four years. Mr. Mathews and the Inserv partners then successfully sold Inserv for approximately $226,000,000 in 2007. Mr. Mathews accomplished this with a solid team of experienced industry professionals via organic growth and highly targeted mergers and acquisitions. Observing many of the same industry conditions in 2011 that existed before Inserv Construction Services was built, David Mathews has reassembled the key members of this same team to rapidly expand Texas Gulf Energy, Inc. Mr. Mathews and his investment group have invested $3 million in Texas Gulf Energy to demonstrate his complete faith in its business plan. In September, 2011, Mr. Mathews’ team acquired operating control of International Plant Services (IPS) located in the Houston, Texas area to serve as the foundation to create a new, vertically integrated energy services company. In order to readily capitalize on the public markets for the planned mergers and acquisitions required to execute our rapid growth plan, IPS was merged into an existing public company, whose name was changed to Texas Gulf Energy, Inc.
Since its founding in 2003, our flagship company, International Plant Services, has deployed thousands of engineering, construction, technical, skilled crafts and project manager personnel to major international energy companies including Exxon Mobil, Conoco Phillips, Chevron, Valero, and many others. We are particularly well known throughout the energy markets for our ability to provide professional, experienced and well trained teams to maximize the ability of our customers to complete major projects safely, on time and on budget. Now entering its tenth year in business, we have vertically integrated our service offering into other energy market segments, including wellhead services, oil and gas production, electrical and instrumentation services and professional consulting services both domestically and internationally to better serve the needs of our customers.
Texas Gulf Energy headquarters is located in the energy capital of the world, Houston, Texas. Our key strategic partner is Industrial Maintenance International (IMI), located in Tunis, Tunisia. IMI is our Joint Venture partner, we share the same majority shareholders, and represents Texas Gulf Energy through their offices in twenty three countries globally. Their global relationships, impeccable reputation and experience provide us access to international growth opportunities for our services that other companies can only aspire to. The Texas Gulf Energy mission is to provide our customers throughout the world with the very highest standards of service and quality in every market we serve, and we are dedicated to exceeding our customer’s long term needs and expectations.
