RECIPES:

Anti-Aging-Smoothie (antioxidants, benefits complexion, great for city living, essential fatty acids):
– 1/2 cup 100% Organic Pomegranate juice
– 1/2 block frozen Acai
– 1/2 cup organic frozen blueberries
**For extra nutrition and to make shake a meal add:
– 1 scoop of protein: whey, hemp protein, spirulina, pea protein, or rice protein
– 1 tablespoon: Greens Powder
***Blend and Serve

Coconut-Cucumber-Cooler (Cooling – great in hot weather, will bring down your inner temperature a few notches, great for headaches):
– 1 cup coconut water
– 1/2 medium cucumber
– 1/4 cup chopped mint leaves
– 1 lime juiced
– 4-5 ice cubes
***Blend for one minute

Calming-Relaxing-Sleepy Tea (calm, cooling, mood uplifting, relaxing, high in Vitamin C, balancing to the heart):
– 2 tablespoons of dried hibiscus or dried rose petals
– 1/2 teaspoon dried lavender
– 2 cups boiling water
***Steep to taste.
***Stevia to sweeten
