David Amirian is currently the Co‐Founder of The Brody‐Amirian Group. In this role, Mr. Amirian leads the acquisition, forward
asset strategy, financing, and equity management of residential development deals in the Manhattan Previously, Mr.
Amirian was the Development & Construction for The Setai Group’s New York region & Zamir Equities, where he oversaw
a $250 MM Residential Conversion that spanned three and a half years. The Setai Wall Street, completed in 2009, has 163
Luxury Condo Units, including a Restaurant, Spa and two gyms. It was awarded the Best Conversion in the US (By CNBC
and CNN) in 2008.
Previously, Mr. Amirian worked in the field for HRH Construction for five and a half years.
Mr. Amirian graduated from American University in 2001with a degree in Finance (as an undergrad). He received his
Master’s from NYU in Construction & Real Estate Development in 2004.
